Mark:

I have owned it before and I noticed that the chart pattern was looking good and the volume jumped up, so I jumped back in. I really haven't been following it that much lately. I do know that they are opening stores at a faster clip than originally planned and they are exceeding sales projections, so I'll ride the wave for awhile. End of year should be good for sales, lots of shopping in next 2 months. Later.

Jeff

I haven't been following this stock but offer the following personal observation of the company. My wife just returned from a visit to the local store and suffered absolutely abysmal customer service. In checking around the web, she came up with the following site which documents unsatisfactory experiences very similar to hers.(http://www.geocities.com/Heartland/Plains/8104/gripes2.htm).

It's difficult to judge whether my wife and these people are simply reporting aberrant examples of hostile behavior on the part of the store management or whether callous disregard of the customer is endemic to the organization. If the latter, I would not touch this stock, as long term, they cannot afford to behave as boorishly as they did yesterday to my wife.
