So, this means La Jolla is not trading in pennies, therefore not in GLCP, and if they are, they can be shut down?

Now this is weird, are they illegaly partaking in the market making of GLCP? If I read that correctly they are not to be selling penny stocks...I will contact La Jolla tomorrow.
