Paul: Hi. Would you say that a company which files its financials with the SEC and otherwise is forthright in its disclosures is a good candidate for investment? Is there anything in this process which prevents the company or its officers from simply filing false financials, and experience I've had a number of times in the past? ie, what are the penalties for filing false financials (I don't mean the normal range of errors and unknowns, but absolutely false docuemnts)? thanks, Larry
