Goodbye everyone I have decided to get out of Medcare and go on to other investments.

I just dont feel comfortable enough with this company ot its people. If they turn things around I will consider buying in and seeing what happens.

Many thanks for your messages. Andrew, good luck. Now that Im gone you only have Bill Rielly to battle with.

Richard, this is what I understood too.

These 3,576,000 shares were restricted and now will be free to be traded.
This is not unusual at all. But in this case, this document stipulates that as of Dec. 31, 1997 the # of shares outstanding is 6,992,185 and if all these additional shares come on the market soon, this will bring the outstanding shares to 10,568,185 (by my calculation this is more than + 50%).
To me this is a lot to be absorbed at this time. But if we get listed on NASDAQ, AND institutions buy, no problems at all (IMHO).

I noticed the mistake too in the total for 1999.
Whoever typed in the total for 1999 copied the same given for 1998.

Have a good week everyone.

Monique
