there is a minimum or a floorless : it's implcit because a company can't issue more shares than authorized. So the minimuim is CAPITAL LENT for debenture divided by AUTHORIZED SHARES. If the stock trades below that - it can't be for long because more shares than authorized would be traded <g>. This usually clear up in a sharp spike up at the end of the tragedy..
