Yes, there was a 2nd link to a TechWeb article. It didn't format as
nicely (it wasn't a link, just text) but it was there. Here again,
but you may need to cut and paste.

Comp/USA has a on-line "Apple" Store

Found while "cut/pasting" David/Dobr's link :

" CompUSA complemented its Apple store-within-a-store with a virtual version that's
been online for about two weeks.

The Web boutique, located at compusa.com
offers Apple Computer products, third-party peripherals, software and
accessories.

A "hot deals" section offers refurbished merchandise. The new
site's selection is still relatively sparse. "

Only two weeks old and hopefully it will grow . Suggests a "trade-in policy" exists and which
could prove beneficial .

I'm showing Apple BID at 29-1/4 an hour before the opening bell. This can change quite a bit before opening. Anyone know the reason for the possible gap up? I feel we deserve it, but any specific news this week-end that could have caused it. :-)
