A reverse stock-split is only used with pink-sheet/boiler room conceived/reverse shell merger companies whom [allegedly/predominantly] exist merely to print and cash stock options and is simply the fastest way to invoke the kiss of death from the street...for life...this is not a proxy item....is it?
