Andrew,

TDFX was shown to me by my repair tech. he also recommended BOOT mag. As you may guess I am a computer idiot, I do not play games, I do not own v1 or v2. however I have learned more from "BOOT" than "TECHNICAL ANYLIST OF STOCKS AND COMMIDITIES" of course look at the starting point, my point being, is it the mag or the reader?

"My guess is the idiot publication you cite"

<< Is that a gaming magazine? What criteria were they comparing against? >>

He is talking about the current issue of boot magazine. Despite whatever they may have to say about the G200, the cover article of the same issue rates Voodooý as the best among chipsets currently available. In the running:

3Dfx Voodooý
Rendition V2200
ATI 3D Rage Pro
Intel i740
nVidia Riva 128
3DLabs Permedia 2

Cards were selected to represent each of the chipsets and they were rated on speed, visual quality, and features.

No problems with fundamentals or product, may see some near-term
price erosion IMO. Total trades over last 10 days at 10 million
shares, subtract the average daily volume 500K x 10 = 5 million,
divide that in half (Naz counts buys & sells) and you've got 2.5
million is additional shares traded to account for the selloff.

Possible uptick tomorrow from positive shareholder meeting and
developer conference, likely sideways til the rest of the
unrestricted shares absorbed. Note price drops on high
volume\days. Me ? Continuing to accumulate out of the money Sep and
Dec calls ! (I'll go for the shorter-term stuff when the trend
reverses.)

I will have to look at the magazine again and get back to you. I am new to this graphics card biz but am extremely interested in it. I am just getting into PC based games and was wow ed by TDFX's climb recently. Prior to 4 weeks ago I didnt know what a Voodoo card was. Now I am playing catch as fast as I can.
