This is really an odd convergence: the cable companies moving into the digital communications space and the telephone companies moving into the multimedia content delivery space. Home telephone service rates will be rising from 20% to 100% while business prices will be lowered -- business is carrying the home consumer right now. So I'm confident cable modems will be the delivery mechanism of choice for consumers. It's faster, it's cheaper, it's more reliable.
