Well like everything else its hard to explain in one post <g>

Basically in a nutshell... you can go to a SOES (short order exchange system) brokerage, and establish an account and either rent a terminal or pay them a cut of the profits of the days trading.

These terminals put you on the trading boards equal to the ones the MMs use. In some cases you can actually "become" a MM for 5 minutes or so. <LOL>

If you want to read up on it SI has a good SOES trading thread, and the guys on it post pretty accurate info. Its interesting to say the least.
