I would also consider converting CFGI at year's end when they expire. A bank stock is always good for the portfolio and this company has a shareholders rights plan. I had a bank stock recently that didn't have a shareholders rights plan and shareholders got porked (SOSA). SOSA agreed to sell at current market price. That deal may still be pending, but in affect killed the price for the past 6 months. CFGI also appears to have a good game plan for expansion.

Check out COHTW. They have become profitable again in the last 6-9 months and future looks good. A nice turnaround in progress. Price on warrants is very reasonable 3/16. It looks underpriced to me.
