Well in my 3rd world mind and train of thought... CVIA did the Reg S in a legitimate way... its shareholders took a 50% dilution of their share value, and if WOTD is the ones that actually bought the Reg S shares... to bad, so sad, now they have a pot full of CVIA shares and these shares are not trading very high in price, they put themselves in this position not the CVIA share holders... but the $500k is legally CVIAs. Might be best to tell WOTD to kiss off and welcome to the world of the CVIA shareholders.

If they try to dump 10 20 30 or 40 million shares at once.. well at least we wont be alone in the poor house <LOL>

makes sense, it's just alittle too spooky lately....the old adage
"no news is good news" doesn't work in this situation. speculation
can kill a deal in some circumstances....this deal is about played out.
as before i feel stockholders, whether it's bluechip or pennies have
a right to know what's going on. all this "no news" stuff is totally
unacceptable....but hear what your saying...
