Doug, I was so thoroughly confused at the pricing of CST relative to EVI that it gave me a headache. I'm getting the feeling that there is some liability (like off balance sheet financing) that we don't know about, or perhaps there is a huge set of golden parachutes for CST,s management or maybe a lot of stock options for CST. There is something that isn't right about this deal.
