Elliot is out. So it must be the other guys and they do not have much. In any case 42,000,000 is based on worse case

Again that is a term I haven't heard. Or if you know of link that would help me have a better understanding of the process I would appreciate it. If you don't think others on the thread need the explanation then please respond privately. Thanks Steve
