Excellent Tim, we both believe in the power of Socratic thought. Tim, I believe Alan said he has shares in the company. Alan's post can be taken many ways: Helpful: He could be attempting to get others to help him do DD on ascertaining what the principals of the company may or may not be doing regarding the trading of OUR company Spiteful: He has gotten burned on this or something like it before and is hoping to bring down the hype on this thread. Manipulative: He is hoping to cast doubt on your investment so that he himself or someone who has paid him can buy your shares at a low cost. I believe there is a way to check this out to some extent: Has he posted on other threads? What was the tenor or tone of his discussion and what was his "intent"? If there is no body of work, then perhaps his post could be ignored. If there is, then his post needs to be evaluated against his other actions to determine his style or direction or intent.
