Yes, now I see what you are saying. There are multiple inaccuracies in the Jim B. post I was quoting from.

However, I still think this deal is going to turn out better for Merced than it will for CSHK shareholders.

Right. But A.R. Brooks was incorporated on 1/14/98 by Rebecca Del Medico. Who are its principals? Who (effectively) gets the 6.1 million shares of CSHK?
