<<If you so strongly disagree with management's vision, why on earth do you want to
own shares in the company? You don't like management and you don't like the
BOD? Get your money out of this dog now.

Vote with dollars not with a postage stamp IMHO.>>

Alan, I tend to agree with Mike, it is not as Black and white as you portend. Some where sucked into the hype at higher levels and would have to sell a a rather substantial loss - here in the sixes. There have been many, many missteps by this company, many before the current management, though many of the same problems persist (no FC/GE IF, no follow thru on the one switch deals (read one trick ponies), more G&A than Revs over the past 2 years, etc...., no news!!!! that would make a shareholder feel that there was any reason, that it would be in our best interest (the OWNERS of the company -- the share holders) to further dilute the stock in this company. Come on!! We have seen off shore deals and another private placement done with No! No! Benefit to us, other than maybe giving ANCR a little more time. I am with Mike, It is time for ANCR to show a little for the LONG term shareholder.

PS. Kerry please don't attack me I well not respond to you!

I intend to vote as follows:

1. No. The two BOD members to be re elected do not own any shares in
in the company. As you say they never voted with their wallets.
Neither did most others and I will vote against them next time.
2. Yes. The company needs to offer incentives to attract new talent
if they are ever to grow.
3. No. I don't want to see any poison pill at this time. If they can't
figure out how to generate revenues/earnings they should sell
the company There is no floor to the B or C class
shares. If the common were to really tank and those were to convert
at that time you would need these millions of extra shares to
accomodate that. Another reason for me to see the company sold before that happens.
4. Yes. It's a done deal.

That is exactly what I have done. I just bought more Microsoft. I am following Ed's advice and buying a proven leader with management who not only has vision but sets the vision.

Ancor was a gamble like playing craps. I didn't win. So I learned and move on. Good luck to you all, but i would say follow my lead.
