Thank you for your kind words. To answer your question, I have neither a long nor a short position in this stock. In fact I had never even heard of it until I read about its trading suspension at the SEC web site. As those who have reviewed my prior posts can probably guess, I've done a bit of research on SEC trading halts and like many others at SI was happy to share what I've learned.

>>For what it's worth, one of the persons at Solucorp I was able to speak to on Friday expressed the impression that the SEC's action came as a complete surprise to the Company ...<<

It would have made for interesting chat if they said something like "Oh yeah, we were expecting the SEC to suspend trading any day now...".

The recent Solucorp 10-K mentions a remediation contract with IDM at Los Alamos Natl. Lab. in 1995:

"On or about October 1995 the Company entered into a contract with IDM
Environmental Corp. ("IDM") which provides joint marketing and operations for
the Company's MBS process. This resulted in the Company participating in a
remediation project in Egremont, MA and being included in a remediation contract
with IDM at the Los Alamos National Laboratory site in New Mexico.
