>> CMND stated in the CC they will use stock options to
compensate/retain key employees.
if the price were to inflate faster than growth possibly
would that hinder the options plans or raise the cost to CMND?

if they came in with 0.09 that would raise the price...
and raise expectations looking forward. Put pressure on
them when they were planning to transition to another
business model. and they preferred to take the hit upfront.

seem to me like Caputo and Co weren't NAIVE in their
decision. They deliberately chose a lower stock price
scenario. WHY? <<

DE, I am not an expert on options strategies, but the reasons you laid out why Caputo may have opted for a lower stock price seem plausible. Perhaps he is a far sighted executive, looking to the long term. Also, wasn't it stated in another posting that Caputo successfully started another company and later sold it. Maybe he is not exactly hurting for cash and is looking to assure the
viability of his company, even sacrificing short term gains.

The question is what action should we take. Maybe Steve Willcox from CMND could explain? His # is 860-409-2000.
