What is the problem with you believing that Binkes spoke with some shareholders. His name is listed on the company's press releases as their contact person. How stupid would Slup be if they used someone who would "not say anything hardly at all" as their investor relations person.

Do yourself a favor. Before you accuse people of lying, call Binkes and find out yourself!!

Kevin, I am sorry if my posts offended you.

I am a long-term investor in SLUP who has every dime to my name and more with this company. I was devastated by Friday's action by the SEC and frantically made several calls to the Company to talk to someone - ANYONE- to find out what the true story was. I considered myself fortunate in that I actually was able to get hold of someone that was willing to pass on the info contained in my post.

Because in my view, it appears that this episode was caused merely by a lack of knowledge and/or misunderstanding on the part of some overeager employee at the SEC rather than any sort of fraud or misdoing by the Company, I felt that it was important to pass it on to this message board to calm everyone down and not let rumor lead to any sort of panic.

My personal belief is that one of the Company's competitor's is the moving force here. If SLUP gets off of the ground, the competition is finished!

I am upset as anyone on reading Arcane Lore's postings about the possible effects of the SEC's misguided actions. Frankly, I believe that the if the SEC's reasons for the suspension are as stated in the above posts that its action here is an outrageous abuse of authority! However, rather than being angry with Arcane Lore, you should be grateful for being fully informed about the possible consequences of the SEC's action.

It would seem to be more appropriate for those of us with mutual interests in Solucorp's success to be unified and supportive of one another during what may prove to be another difficult period for the Company rather than pissing upon one another.

I would humbly suggest that it might be a good idea if you are able to contact one of the Company's people that you mentioned in your post to urge them to issue some sort of a public statement clarifying the situation.

Respectfully
