Doug; PL appeared to have gapped down on April 1/98(unless it was a joke, 70$ to 34$ -not so funny). It signalled on April 27th.Over 3 weeks later. It was not a long term kitten

SEI- I think is also a cat and had 3 signals, the first 2 failed, but the last one on April 24th, seems to have stuck, up
steadily 20% since then.
