At some point you warned me to stay out of
the Prudent Bear Fund. I'm taking your advice.
The Fund recently has begun to go down
twice as much as the market goes up, and
today it even lost more than the market
when the market and just about every stock
I track is down. I'm having a hard time getting
a grip on this action, and I no longer view
it as a pure hedge. My paper-tracking of its
price tracking prior to my buy had led me to
believe that it would be. But if he's losing
one percent on a day like today, I''ve certainly
lost my feel for the Fund.

I'd love to profit from the coming downturn,
and am still open to other ideas.

Thanks for the warning,
Mke
