the shareholder is probably fed up with waiting for guy, guido and the company to come clean on their promises.

this stock will be hard pressed to attain 25 cents and stay there. i expect guido's report will be received with a "yawn" by the markets.

it is taking too long, common sense says something is not right.

Alan, 144 is restricted stock, you must hold 1-2 years.
As far as the float size, 1 month back it was 21 million.
89 million out.
Since you seem to be obsessed with percentages and actual number to this date, why not call yourself?
