In the recent past there was some discussion on exchange rates between Netz and Esvs in the likely event of a merger.

If Netz stock goes to say 1/2 of what Esvs stock is worth, how will this effect the exchange rate? 3/4, equal.

Post merger scenario. Let's call it E-Netz. Wouldn't the new stock value based on the merger constitute a "sort of IPO" type atmosphere? Instead of the company offering the stock, the shareholders would be offering it.

Granted Netz has a high float and a high number of outstanding shares. Esvs a low float and low number of outstanding shares. On merger, how would this effect stock valuation? Would the float and number of shares outstanding then be comparable to that of Dclk?

So many questions, so early in the morning.

Thanks,PartyTime. I was just giving David S.and Matty G. a bad time - they put a lot of time and effort into this thread's success earlier.

This is the week for me, in light of IR's and Hayes' comments, although I suppose I could stretch "early May" for financials up to May 14 as the absolute drop dead date for putting up or shutting up.

If this stock does not make the move I have been anticipating, I am going to have to give this hobby up and get back to my paying job (LOL).
