Speaking of which, if 1,000 persons who live in N.Y. elect to become resellers of
AMZN's products through 1,000 separate brick and mortar based web facilities, does
AMZN now effectively have 1,000 brick and mortar sites in New York for sales tax
purposes? That would be an interesting dilemma, in light of our earlier discussion of
sales taxes and the required nexus with a state.
