Interesting links.

The LU downgrade was in an article on overvalued stocks. They
had Laslo Biryini's company look for S&P stocks abnormally
above their 200 day moving average. The average S&P stock
is currently 11 percent above its 200 day moving average.
LU, GTW, DELL, EMC, GIC, AAPL, TAN, TCOMA, CSCO, CCU,
HON, MSFT, TLAB, MCIC were all hitechs included in top 50
stocks that were most abnormally above their 200 day
moving averages.

They quoted a Schroder and Company analyst who down
graded LU from buy to hold recently. He has a target
price of 77 for the year based on 1999 earnings of 2.20.
