Daddy,

Well dude, the ball is in your court now..... Why don't you go out and hit a homerun so we can all rest a little easier. One way or the other, we have all been holding each others hands at different times. I too believe that we are a great bunch of people, and believe me, if we all get together again on a little ditty, well hey, this is the most determined group of people alive. We can't let the shorts win, we actually have a chance to grab on of the American Dreams, takin' on the powerful and feeding all of their BULLSHXX right back to them. NASD, SEC you should be ashamed of yourselves... I guess well just have to do it without you this time :-) I hope we're right. I think that this is the real deal.... GOOD LUCK.

Rob

Daddy: May I make a suggestion? Why not break down your questions into several parts.
say for example.
1.The squeeze. Prove the shares oustanding issued # share holders etc etc (whatever else anyone can add)
2. Fundamentals. What businesses does the company have operating, where are they, assets, phone numbers of same, outlets etc etc etc (again whatever anyone can add)
3.Financials. where are they? when will they be done, what about the past ones etc etc etc (whatever else anyone can add)
4. Sec what is the status, when we they expect to begin trading etc etc etc (whatever else anyone can add)
My only suggestion as far as answers go, is don't accept any vague ones.
I will not be at the meeting, except in spirit.
I would also suggest you contact an accountant, he should be able to help you with questions.
remember yu are taking on great responsibility here, and I know you, and I know you would be dissappointed in your self, if you left any stone unturned, because you may have not know the right questions to ask.
Good luck, I will pick you up at the airport as soon as plans are finalized, and you arrive.
al
edit: I know I don't have to add this, but please make sure they know you're coming..LOL

I just learned of this.
I verified it through the publisher. The auction date is May 29th at the Sheriffs Office. RMCW has until then to pay all or some of the funds to stop this action.

Bigs, you may ask what what happened to the 100k restricted 144 RMIL shares used to secure the building and facility in Ten Sleep, WY.

Riley G

PS. November 24, 1994 is when RMCW took control and ownership of the Ten Sleep location.

Daddy,

Al's e-mail as to framing questions by catagory I thought was an excellent one. This I feel would facilitate a more meaningful exchange instead of hopping around from subject to subject. I would also suggest that you fax or e-mail this list of very specific and well thought out questions to Gary and Roland a couple of days prior to your "SCHEDULED AND CONFIRMED" meeting with them in FL.

I am asking that all shareholders who are contributing questions to DADDY be mindful of the above and organize your questions accordingly which would be very helpful to DADDY.

DADDY, I have much more to add that I think may help you and I offer whatever assistance I can in helping you to organize your materials, agenda ect. PM or e-mail me when would be a good time for me to call you tonight and we can grab a couple of beverages and discuss.......Garry

DADDY,

In light of the RMCW deadline info that Pugs and Riley have posted today, I feel the it is paramount that Puhr is somehow included in all or at least a portion of your meeting via a conference call or a speaker phone. I would think that Morgan or Breton could easily set this up with Puhr as part of your scheduled meeting (beforehand). This appears as the juncture where the rubber meets the road!!! Just another suggestion, hopefully we can discuss at greater length tonight......Garry
