At great risk of qualifying with little or no effort, I'd say ignorance does not qualify. With help from the ex-Soviet bloc figure skating judges, here are some grading guidelines: 1) Pontificating 2) Ranting 3) Bad information 4) Rudeness w/out wit 5) Sucking people in so you can berate them 6) Minor league, grade school curse words w/out any sense of imagination.
