Loren I always call em as I see em also and you have no need to worry about being part of the crowd. The shorts have not been getting their butts kicked rather they have made a killing selling shares they don't own(OUR SHARES) every time there is a rise in the stock and artificially keeping the price below where it would be fairly valued otherwise. And the only reason this stock ran from .30 to 7.67 is because the short position kept the price down under a dollar where it never belonged in the first place. So I suggest you get your FACTS as you call them straight before you try making any further posts regarding what is or isn't a dumb idea. I also have no desire to read post of companies I have no interest in. I also have a current tally of 1,555,420 shares that will be pulled off the market tomorrow so by your statement I assume you are insinuating that those hundred or so investors are not as intelligent as you. Thank you for the enlightenment. I just disagree with you. MARK C.

Loren,

I understand your viewpoint...really I do. I've been in more than one stock where certs were requested to be called in and I always thought it was a dumb idea...and never called mine in. In fact, just the opposite. Once people began calling for certs, I usually got the hell out of the stock.

Unfortunately, I'm not familiar with RMIL....but I'm betting that the price of it has either stalled or gone down recently. I hope I'm right on that or else I won't be able to make such a good point. <g>

BUT.....DGIV is NOT RMIL!!!!! DGIV is a WINNING stock!! Sure, in the long run...perhaps calling in certs will make no difference...but even so, if we keep those shares out on the street....then others can play with our ball. That, to me, means more volatility in the stock.

After all, the more that can play....the more the ball gets bounced.

Anyway....for the FIRST time in my life....I am consenting to calling in my shares. I don't expect to regret it.

Juanita

Oh....and Loren...as a follow-up to my previous post to you.

Remember when I said that always in the past I have thought that calling in one's certs was a dumb idea and refused to do so? Well..100% of the time....I have been right in that...IN THE PAST!!!
Not once did calling in certs have the desired effect on the stock!
And why? Because the stocks weren't worth a hill of beans to begin with!!! And I was RIGHT to get out of them at that point!

Well...this time it's different...the stock is different...the circumstances are different. DGIV IS WORTH Something!!! And heck, it's worth a LOT!!!! Rather than wanting to get OUT of DGIV because of the call for certs....it has made me even MORE EXCITED about DGIV!!! Because THIS time....I think that the strategy will work!!!

And will work for the future benefit of ALL the shareholders. Even those who disagree.

AND....using my kind of logic here....since I've been 100% right about these things (calling in certs) in the past....I expect to be 100% right this time too.
