Thank you Lazarre. Listen to this man, people, he has been there done that. I guess I'm not surprised at how little is known about holding stock certs, that's how everybody held their shares in everything from penny stocks to General Motors, right besides their little savings accoung booklet that was stamped by the bank (boy, now I am really showing my age). Now, with everything on -line, people trust their computers more than they trust themselves. Bottom line, it does not matter. It is like having a statement of your checking account. It is just paper, but reassuring to see it and know how much money is in there (unless it is negative :-) But even though you have that peace of paper, the bank's computers still keep track of your money and you can take it out anytime. Same with stock certs, except when the brokerage has it they can borrow it and use it against you, to short the stock. Should be illegal, but that's business, folks. I hope everyone tries to focus today on the company. Remember, you are invested in Digitcom. They are in the business of international IP telephony. They are signing contracts worth a whole lot more than $7 a share. You are investing in this company, not in Byron, myself, SI, or anything else. Use this board for whatever you want, including venting, info, DD, etc. But if you buy or sell because you like or dislike any of us, you are being stupid. Even I would not do that. However, if you buy, and care to join us, come on in. If you sell, then best of luck in your future investments. Except for the possible exception of Mr. D, who is buying up a storm, I don't know of any one of us who can change the price much one way or the other if we buy or sell. If we all hold our certs it woulg be great for the stock price, but even that is just going to happen anyway, it will just take a bit longer... days or weeks, not months. Just be able to sleep at night, whatever you do. I'm getting my certs and I slept very well
