AR,

The sell signal for LCAV, given on 5/6/98, was confirmed today with he price drop to the closing price of $3 1/16 at 240,600 shares. The closing price was off 11/32 pt. (-10.9%).

All technical indicators are in a sell configuration. If the price drops below $3.00, a further decline to $2.50 can be expected. Should these prices be penetrated, a test of $2.375 can be expected.

Other Excimer Eye Care stocks are in negative price trends as well which does not bode well for the short term price recovery of LCAV. This issue will recover in time and make another test of $4.00, but there will be a period of base building before upside momentum can be regained.

Will continue to advise this thread.
