Ken, There were about 3 MBs who were major malfeasants when I blue-skyed my last mutual fund. There is nothing like getting a call from Arizona saying that not only can you not register your fund here, but they are filing extradition papers to get your sorry patootie back to The Surface of The Sun. <G> My guess is that the number has increased in this bull market. More money makes for more scoundrels, and those with Irish names seem prone to get into trouble for money. Or liquor. Or women. Or all of the above. <G> MB
