Global Link Buys Wyoming Co. In Stock Swap Transaction

Dow Jones News Service via Dow Jones

NEW YORK (Dow Jones)--Global Link Technologies Inc. (GLTK) purchased Global Link Properties Ltd. of Wyoming in a stock swap
transaction.

Financial terms weren't disclosed.

In a press release Thursday, Global Link Technologies said it also acquired petroleum reserves in Oklahoma that are valued at $6.1
million.

These reserves are classified as "proven producing," Global Link said, from 14 wells completed in the Red Fork and Skinner formations.

These properties are located in Sections 19 and 30, of Township 19 North, Range 8 East. Estimated net revenues projected over the next
five years for oil and natural gas are $3.3 million, the company said.

Global Link said its geologists have discovered a natural gas dome in the Cleveland formation on the same property. Electric log
interpretation indicates hydrocarbons in commercial paying quantities.

Testing and service work should be completed on three wells within 90 days. Initial gas flows from the wells will be about 550,000 c/f a
day at $1.92 a mmbtu, producing annual revenue of $1.9 million, Global Link said.

Low pressure pipelines run across the property, and a market has been established with Duke Energy Corp. (DUK), the company said.
