I would like to see a penetration of 30 - which could then provide support, happen first. SEG 's price has held nicely - even tho it has had some selling pressure (negative balance of power)On the positive side SEG's Time segmented volume is due to become positive today or tomorrow.Hopefully this will reverse its stochastic - thus getting all TA analysis on the plus side. I hope a solid 30 plus is on my radar screen well before a goal of forty teases my greed buds
