The company did project 67,600,000 outstanding after conversion. It seems they declined a number after this quarterly report. It is playing out close to predicted. Hopefully it will be less. Average price 1 was 30M shares, 2 was 15M. starting from 43M. We are closer to 1 3/8 for 60%.

Quaterdeck was my main computer software support company, in the days of DOS. I also developed a very negative opinion of the company, after all the trouble, I had with QEMM in the early days of Windows 3.0, and Windows 95. I've never encountered a program with so many patches. But lets face it, it was not easy keeping the programs in tune with Microsoft. So it became a love hate relationship. I started buying at 9, and averaged my cost down to under 2. This is a new company, focused, and I still think a steal at these prices. I'm here for the long haul. She's like and old friend that has had a nip and a tuck and, is ready to party.

Excellent points charles moore. I am here for the duration, and will be a big buyer should the stock choose to pullback any further from present levels. Best of luck to those long QDEK................RON
