Louis, thanks for answering the easy part of the question, however....

You posted this link only yesterday morning. C'est vrai?

And you're "rating" came out before yesterday morning. C'est vrai?

Are you making the representation that this particular site was your source of independent due diligence?

My question stands unanswered.

Good "trading",

Tom

P.S. And as I think I've stated before, I couldn't give a flying [Burrito Brother] where the stock is being bid. Don't make the assumption that everyone has to has a financial interest in something to speak out.

Louis,

on a completely different subject...have you heard which brokerage firms have been forcing their clients to cover their short positions because of not having the KTEL shares to lend?

TIA

Bob

whooaa, time out here!
this is what you--and ktel--mean by "3500 top 100 hits"? ktel doesn't own a single one of these recordings--isn't it super obvious that these are all recordings that ktel has MERELY LICENSED from the actual master owners over the years? And a quick perusal of the website reveals that ktel isn't even selling these (or at least most of these) compilations! from this, one can logically deduce that ktel's licenses to use these recordings either a) expired, or b) didn't include internet rights. In other words, they don't own--and they can't even use (under the ktel banner).
mr. reilly, you (and ktel) really need to explain--and let's say IMMEDIATELY--how you could've made this representation (i.e., of "3500 top 100 hits") in anything resembling good faith.

Louis, you know it's funny, in response to my post stating:

<I'd love to see the complete list of 3,500 top 100 hits.
Please show me where I can see it.>

And, please, note the word "complete".

You posted the following link:

www2.bitstream.net

followed by the statement:

"...Is it really that hard to do some homework on your own?"

The funny thing about that link, which IMHO was your best effort at an "in your face" retort...

...is that as of about an hour or so ago...

...it only added up to 2,545 listings...

...which by my math...

...is roughly 955 listings short of the "3,500 top 100 hits" you cited.

My representation is made in good faith, but you or anyone else certainly are free to save that html doc. and open it up in your favorite spreadsheet and get a count for yourself.

When you do that, you'll probably also note that many of the songs on that list are listed more than once, which of course would make your response to my request (which I found to be highly informative, I might add) even less accurate.

And for the record, it's not KTEL's count that I'm questioning.

I asked you for A. You gave me B. I find that interesting coming from someone with such a degree of expertise on this company that he issues press releases containing ratings.

Good counting,

Tom

Mr. Riley:

Would you be so kind as to give us an update on your thoughts re KTEL?

There are people on this thread who have followed your recommendations and opinions, but may be feeling a bit leader-less at this point.

Best regards, Peter
