My prediction is : No big swings in price. I'm going to stay in till the take-over is final, since the 10% expected price difference from now seems a sure thing. There is an off chance that the deal could be renegotiated. Not likely, but could only help the shareholder. This does not mean I'm happy. I had higher expectations once.
The only way a positive earning report could really help is if it attracts another competitor to make a higher counteroffer. This strikes me as remote.

When I look at where this stock has been, where it is now, and how much money investors have lost on this piece of crap, I would have to say it is in the tank now.

Will the total earnings of the combined companies come out on Monday?

Or will it just be ATCT's earnings?
