Rocketman, I'm sure that your broker was telling you the official truth about them not making your shares available to be borrowed. HOWEVER, if what I was told once by a player on Wall Street is true, then there is an MM netherworld out there....and as long as your shares are not physically held by you, they can be shorted. Read the message again from yesterday about undeclared shorting. Since it makes no difference in the long run to the company...and I do agree with that....then why not call in the certs anyway? That way you can feel them, caress them, hold them......um, I'd better stop with those descriptions.....never knew that shares could be so EXCITING!!!! <g> Juanita
