I wish to emphasize that any investor, Doug included, has a right to trade. It happens that selling shares is perfectly legitimate. If I had a position the size of his, I would also have filed a 144, whether or not I intended to sell right away, to have the option to do so.

As I sit here and watch, Someone bought a few thousand shares and the bid/ask went to 14/14. Then someone bought 15,000 shares and the bid/ask was still 14/14. The next move was a sale of 10,000 shares, then they dropped the bid/ask to 13/14.
.....OK,,,,Why didn't the bid ask go up?
