As you point out, a thing to watch is IDTI's Oregon plant transition to .25 sizing on the C6 and new C6+ parts. (Obviously IBM is only looking to produce .25 parts)

Ah yes---an up Cycle:
It was good to hear Centaur (Henry) recognize the timed race they are in ("the next six months") though the execution of their plan is what the stock price will ultimately reflect. Henry also seemed to be hinting that they would demonstrate some positive progress by July. (IBM shipments or .25 C6 parts, etc.)

Short term the stock looks weak given the recent action & it seems that the MM & big players will move the price a little lower for accumulation before (hopefully) it moves up. I would like to to see 20!

IMO, It will be a wild choice for many of us longtermers if we are looking at a 10,000-11,000 Dow this summer and IDTI and other semi's are still not performing. (I am a little worried that we could then see the beginning of a "down" market which will deflate everybody with recovery by 4-6/99?)

If history repeats, the "older generation" of uPs will futher plummet in price once the next generation K6 3D and WinChip 2 come out. For those who aren't game fanatics, the drop in price of the K6 233+ class parts will be sweet.
