Just called Schwab......... To get the certs will cost 15 dollars. Once the certs are in hand, you deal only with the transfer agent of the company and not the Brokerage house. To sell, we can do so RIGHT AWAY and send in the certs within 3 business days provided you do not have a cash up front account. No one can use this stock as it stands in my account to short. Once it becomes a marginable security, NO MATTER IF IT SITS AS IS OR AS STREET NAME (see mackers post), it CAN be used to short against unless I request the certs. Once it is marginable, it can be used as collateral for other equties, BUT BY ALLOWING THEM TO PUT IT IN THE MARGINABLE PORTION OF YOUR ACCOUNT, THEY CAN USE IT TO SHORT. You can write to them to close the margin part of your account, leaving only a cash account, but there goes your margin power. SO, with schwab, requesting your certs DOES NOT HURT YOU AND LEAVES ALONE YOUR MARGIN BUYING POWER. CALL THEM IN.

1,566,385 Folks thats about 25% of the float off the market in 1 day and it will send a message. The choices are your own. Good luck to us all and remember the fundamentals are only improving.
