Do I take it you are waving a big stick, here?

Are you saying in this little vent of rage that Joey D. and IRAE have already transferred all the required shares and funds to NIAR and are no longer obliged to NIAR in any way?

Also, how can you sit there and state that anything said against IRAE with regard to their business practices is slanderous when the bottom line shows that they are losers in the marketplace?

You stated that you do not work for IRAE. Why did you post this here? Are you being paid to post it or are you just a good friend of Joey DiFrancesco?

Why didn't this come directly from Mr. DiFrancesco?
