Do you have the number on license revenue that VNTV got from EDS
and other OEM (PeopleSoft and Lucent) in 1Q98? There was still 7.9M
left in the EDS deal after 4Q97. I wonder how much the EDS transition
has played in the "mediocre" license revenue result of 1Q.

The (infamous) list of VNTV license revenue without EDS look like this:

1Q97 2Q97 3Q97 4Q97 1Q98
EDS license 0 2 5 4.1 ?
EDS lic. Left 0 17 12 7.9 ?
Lic. w/o EDS 15 14.9 13.5 20.6 ?

Clam, you have mentioned that Scopus won the business from Fidelity, do you have any insight as to why Vantive didn't win this piece of business instead? Also do you think they (Fidelity) now might have regrets of going with Scopus since Seibel has acquired them? Thanks
