FWIW? Compare notes? globalminerals.com These guys have all kinds of mergers and acquisitions lined up.Finally getting their butts in gear. News WILL be out next week... ------------------------------------- CVIA's position on the merger with WOTD (who by the way has 3.5 million in earnings) has been upgraded from a reverse merger to an outright buyout of WOTD including all assetts. A 4-16 RS news release of a 300-1 reverse split has beaten this stock down.Consessions are being agreed upon to amend the stock value.This most likely means there will be no split. This should be the biggest news release in Co history. News is expected by Wednesday.I will use the next two days to buy up all I can. This stock is easily worth .10 without any mergers or buyouts. IF you wait on this one you'll miss most of the ride.This stock will explode! ------------------------------------- Exactly. You know, they are talking with a bunch of oil distributing companies all along the west coast about mergers in the near future.These companies have come to CVIA in hopes of merging.I don't know if that will be included in the PR or not but it has been confirmed by company representives, namely Keith.Next week should be interesting. % mil vol Friday, look for the same if not more on Monday-Wed.
