I appreciate everyone's analysis. IMHO I think we can help each other analyze more strongly by sharing our analysis. I agree that even with a glut the warrants would likely stay with .50-.75 of the IFLY-6.25. At this time I estimate a 75% probability that the warrants would stay within .50-.75 of the IFLY-6.25 even if there was a glut after the warrants are called.
If the warrants were trading at a sufficient discount after being called, someone able to convert the warrants would likely buy them to take advantage of the leverage of the premium.
