Doug: < ELGT > Just checked the fundies and some background on the stock. Yahoo message board is ablaze about some forth coming News. This might be what your TA is seeing. The fundies look pretty good and recent News holds a lot of interesting posablities! From postings on Yahoo say that the deal has grown larger. Interesting! Get One free share of stock of company they are buying, for each 10 shares of ELGT stock you own. Hope THAT deal comes off soon! nice little dividend. I am going to dig deeper into this one. ABTE....incredible buying power and momentum. From what I understand it was just upgraded to a price target of 32. Still shorts in the stock from way back. They got caught. Watching closely. John

Doug: < ELGT > Just got off the phone with Investor relations. As IR 's allways are, they are limited in what they can tell you, that is not public knowlegde yet. Have to try to trick it out of them. Tone of voice is important as well. Anyway... Everything is still on track with the Cosmos's deal. biz.yahoo.com Said deal close is very close. The guy darn near told me NEWS would be out sometime this week. Probably Thursday or Friday. Said they would do a press release a day or two after all the " I's" are dotted and " T's" crossed It appears that the deal has grown a bit in size. This is what they are saying on Yahoo message board too. The stock dividend is still a go. One share of the spin off company for every 10 shares of ELGT. Company finished a major stock buy back in feb. Not sure if he said a million shares or a million dollors worth. I was busy writing the last thing he had told me. I will re check that one. Earnings due in June, everything looking good there. Still have strong cash position. Once again, it appears your TA has seen what is going on behind closed doors! In short, looks like a major press release is coming soon as the deal is very close to being signed! Scott

Doug, ELGT is one of my favorites, I tried to develop some interest on SI but no one ever posts on the SI thread so I moved over to Yahoo and that thread is much more active. The company is much more exciting than the old ELGT and I agree, news of these deals being completed could send it much higher. I have a double now and looking for a triple up. Dave
