I passing on this PRESS RELEASE for everyone. Came across it late Friday and then an article appeared in the Orange County Register on Saturday. I'm going to visit the company today. They just announced orders with McDonalds, KFC, Burger King, Subway, Arbys, Round Table Pizza and Quick Stop Markets. This is HUGE!

SIMS Establishes ATM Scrip Services
IRVINE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 1, 1998--SIMS
Communications Inc. (NASDAQ:SIMS)announced todaythat it has
established a product sales division to market its ATM services and scrip
terminals to fast food chains and convenience stores. In making the
announcement, SIMS' President, Mark Bennett, noted that for the first time
many fast food chains, convenience stores and other low ticket retail outlets
can justify providing ATM services to their customers.

"The market's response to SIMS' ATM scrip offerings has been most
gratifying," stated Bennett. "Already, we have received over 500 orders
including those from outlets for McDonalds Corp, KFC Corp., Burger King
Corp., Subway Sandwiches and Salads, Arby's Inc., Round Table Pizza
and Quik Stop Markets."

"Using SIMS' countertop scrip machine, a customer swipes his/her ATM
card through the unit, enters an amount and receives a voucher. This
voucher is then used to make a purchase. No longer does the customer
have to worry about having cash in hand when entering the store. The
customer also can receive cash back in a safe environment."

In an associated announcement, SIMS announced that it has appointed
Jeffrey McKay as president of its ATM Scrip Services Division. McKay
formerly was president of U.S. Cash Exchange.

"We are extremely pleased to have Mr. McKay join us," stated Bennett.
"Mr. McKay has been in the equipment vending industry since 1985. He
was one of the first to own and vend ATM/POS equipment in California.
We welcome his experience and expertise."

solutions to retailers. These solutions include its patented, intelligent,
DebitLink POS terminal, custom software and comprehensive network of
financial transaction processors including most credit card and ATM
networks. Also included are prepaid service offerings including prepaid
