The problem is that the street fails to realize that the current business RDRT does with WDC is already contracted for so they have to honor the agreement. As far as the future goes when IBM announced this technology a few months ago it was obvious that IBM would get the contract since they hold the patent. One thing the street is failing to take into account is the fact that IBM builds drives too and the first one to get heads will be them, so there will certainly be a market for heads built by other company's who have paid a licensing fee or have come along with a slightly different version of the same technology. Just my opinion.
