*JIM AND ALL* I called the number on the web site and talked to a PR guy named Mike. He told me that there was no news released, HOWEVER the reason for todays surge, is twofold. FIRST, a new investment firm has gotten involved with FASC, and is buying into the stock big time. SECOND, and most importantly, the company is negotiating a refinancing deal!!!!! Don't know whose involved, but they must know something.I'm buying. Call the number on the web site if you do not believe me.
