Mohan - ALL - thanks for your past encouragement. I've built a nice little position with Dell and am quite pleased (duh!) with the results.

OFF TOPIC BUT GERMANE - there's a lot of "when's it going to end" going around, myself included. Recently, I read a book, "THE GREAT BOOM AHEAD" which bases the economy (up/down) on the amount of consumer spending. The book theorizes that we're in the latter stages of the baby boomers consumer spending spree. By 2005 the boomers (myself included) will stop spending (no more houses, cars, clothes) etc. If one subscribes to this theory, the "end" is still aways off. JMO.

Peter

Mohan,

I note that Eddie bought his ticket and clambered aboard at < $74.50 (post 38904);
unless he has sold since (have you, Eddie?) he's sailing with us. So I believe that we can call Eddie a DELLhead now...

Two weeks ago, Lucretius asked me if I had bought: told him yes: 200 shares, 2 LEAPs, and 20 calls. Silly me.

Right now, I am trying to locate an article that appeared in the Austin paper today, and which bodes VERY well for DELL's future well into the next century.

DELLish, 3.
